Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has been admitted to a hospital in Chennai two days after he tested positive for COVID-19. In a release, Kaveri Hospital said that Chief Minister Stalin has been admitted for COVID-related symptoms and for monitoring. MK Stalin was found to be Covid positive on Tuesday.
In a tweet, he had then said, “Feeling tired today. I have isolated myself after getting tested positive for COVID19.” “Let us all be safe by wearing masks and get vaccinated”, he said. Other leaders such as Governor RN Ravi and AIADMK opposition leaders on Wednesday wished Stalin a speedy recovery.
