TCS Employees Salary hike: There is good news for the employees of the country’s largest IT service company TCS. Before Holi, Tata Consultancy Services is preparing to increase the salary by 4 to 8 percent. The company is planning to give annual salary hike in March. TCS staff will get the increased salary from the salary of the month of April 2025

TCS Employees Salary hike: According to media reports, in the financial year 2022 (FY22), TCS gave an average salary hike of 10.5% to its employees, after which it came down to between 7-9% in the year 2024 (FY24). Now in the year 2025, the salary hike is expected to come down further to between 4-8%. TCS reported a net profit of Rs 12,380 crore in the third quarter (October-December 2024) of the financial year 2024-25, showing a growth of 5.5% year-on-year (YoY).

Preparations for appointment of 40 thousand new staff

Currently, TCS has 6,07,354 employees and plans to hire 40,000 new freshers by March 2025. TCS has said that it has promoted more than 25 thousand staff and is preparing to hire more than 40 thousand new staff. This recruitment target is for the year 2025.

Infosys has also announced an 8% salary hike

Infosys, the second largest company in the IT business sector in India, has announced to issue salary hike letters to its employees by the end of February. It is estimated that this time the average salary hike can be between 6% to 8%. This hike will be considered effective from April 2025. High performers will get more salary hike, while most employees will get its benefit in the fourth quarter. Currently, about 3.23 lakh employees are working in the country’s leading IT company Infosys.
