Now this announcement was made after amending the excise rules governing the business of liquor in the capital. According to the Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2021, home delivery of liquor will be allowed to L-13 license holders. In the notification issued by the state government, it has been said that license holders will be able to deliver liquor at homes only through mobile app or online web portal. However, people will not be able to order liquor from today, because from today liquor sellers will be able to apply for home delivery license.
Unlocking started in Delhi
