The list that security agencies have sent to the government includes video conferencing apps such as app Zoom, TicketLock, UC Browser, Xander, Share It and Clean Master.

The proposal of the security agencies to discontinue the Chinese app also has the support of the National Security Council Secretariat. This proposal is being discussed in the council. The council also believes that these apps can pose a threat to India’s security. The proposal is under discussion. Explain that in April this year, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued an advisory regarding the use of zoom. This advisory was issued by the Ministry on the proposal of the National Cyber Security Agency Computer Emergency Response Team India (CERT-in). Apart from the government and security agencies, there is a campaign to ban Chinese products on social media.
