New Delhi, Auto Desk. Maruti Suzuki kept its plants closed during the nationwide lockdown for several weeks and now the company is working with safety at both its plants and dealerships. The carmaker has offered discounts to boost sales. Yes, Maruti Suzuki has recently launched its Dzire facelift in the Indian market and the company is offering a profit of up to Rs 48,000 on this vehicle.
As per Auto Car India report, Maruti Suzuki has announced that it is offering benefits on all variants of the Dzire. These benefits include a flat cash discount of Rs 20,000. Apart from this, it is giving a benefit of Rs 3,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 as an additional benefit. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire has been updated this year and has slightly updated its front end as well as the company has given it a more powerful engine. The starting price of the car from the base LXI variant is Rs 5.89 lakh and the top end ZXI AMT variant costs Rs 8.81 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki has made several major changes to its updated Dzire. In this, the company has given an updated front grille, which is now a major change as a single unit. However, the Dzire gets new fog lamps, redesigned front and rear bumpers and new alloy wheels. Along with this, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay have been provided with a new SmartPlay infotainment system with an updated feature list in its cabin. The Dzire features dual-tone fabric upholstery and new textures for Fox Wood. It is the face of fresh look in the market. As an additional feature, it has a cruise control system. At the same time, in the automatic version Dzire, the company has given ESP and Hill Hold Assist.
Talking about power specifications, the new Dzire has a 1.2 liter K12C dualjet engine equipped with BS6 standards, which is also available in Baleno. The new engine replaces the K12B engine. This engine generates a maximum power of 90 PS and torque of 113 Nm. The new Dzire now offers more mileage than the old model. It gives a mileage of 23.26 kmpl on the manual variant and 24.12 kmpl on the AMT variant. Whereas the old Dzire used to give a maximum power of 83PS and it gave a mileage of 21.21 kmpl.
