How to lock
SBI Internet Banking To lock SBI Internet Banking, you must first go to the bank’s website www.onlinesbi.com. Here ‘lock and unlock users’ option will be available. A new window will open after clicking on it. Go to the drop down menu and select Lock User Access. Here you have to enter the user name, account number and captcha code. New pop-up window will open. There will be three options, you can choose the option as per your convenience. After all this, you have to click on OK. After this, an OTP will be done on the registered mobile number and email-id. After entering OTP your net banking will be locked.
How to unlock back
