Torrent Pharmaceuticals shares gained 3.6 percent in morning on Friday after the company redeemed non-convertible debentures on Thursday.
The Ahmedabad-based pharma firm informed exchanges that the unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs 500 crore has been fully redeemed and repaid by the company on November 29, 2018.
The issued unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures were worth Rs 500 crore.
At 11:30 hours IST, the stock was quoting at Rs 1,769.70, up Rs 62.00, or 3.63 percent on the BSE.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,871.95 and 52-week low Rs 1,223.75 on September 7, 2018 and March 22, 2018, respectively. Currently, it is trading 5.46 percent below its 52-week high and 44.61 percent above its 52-week low
