You will never be fined
This simply means that if you buy an EV with a maximum top speed of 25 kmph, you will never have to pay a challan for driving license or over speeding. In such a situation, even if the traffic police catches you, they will question you and if you answer their questions correctly, then you will not be fined. In India, driving license is not required to drive two-wheelers with engine capacity less than 50cc and whose top speed is not more than 50 kmph. RC is also not required for these vehicles. In such a situation, you will not have to visit RTO for registration.
Drive the vehicle without driving license
