According to the rules of the Act, strict action will be taken against whoever drives a motor vehicle without wearing a safety belt or transports passengers without wearing a seat belt. Former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry died in a road accident in Palghar district. Seat belt alarm will be mandatory
