Traffic Rules and Regulations in India: Whenever you drive, you have to follow the road and traffic rules. If you do not do this, then you can be fined under the rules. Nowadays, apart from the traffic police, cameras have been installed on the roads, which issue a challan for your vehicle in the blink of an eye.

Therefore, it becomes necessary that whenever you drive, you take special care of some things. If you do not do this, then due to a small mistake of yours, your vehicle can be fined. So let’s know without delay what are these mistakes that you should avoid doing. These are the mistakes due to which you can get a challan issued:-

  1. Usually it is seen that people drive at high speed, but they forget that every road has a fixed limit. In such a situation, if you drive your vehicle at a speed higher than the fixed speed, then you can get a challan. You will think how this will happen, then know that the cameras installed on the road do this work.
  2. If you observe, you will find that when people drive two-wheelers, they do not wear helmets or the pillion rider does not wear a helmet. Similarly, when people drive four-wheelers, they also do not wear seat belts. If you do this, the cameras installed on the road or the traffic police can issue a challan to you.
  3. It is seen that people do not keep complete documents of their vehicles. Do not do this at all because if you do not have the documents of the vehicle and the traffic police stops you, then you can get into trouble. If not a hard copy, then you can keep the documents of the vehicle in DigiLocker or in your mobile so that you will not face any problem.
  4. If you look around, you might see a minor driving a car or a two-wheeler. But don’t make such a mistake. If you do this, not only can your vehicle be fined, but appropriate action can also be taken against the car owner. So avoid making such a mistake.
