A senior project manager working at UKG wrote in a LinkedIn post that today several employees of UKG have been laid off. Last year too there was layoff in UKG
In his e-mail, the CEO of the company said that earlier the layoffs were to be done in the next week but when there was a lot of talk about it and there was a lot of discussion within the company, it was decided to announce it today itself. This is not the first time that there has been a layoff in UKG. Earlier last year in 2023, the company had reduced its global workforce by 1.7 percent and at that time the company had laid off 265 employees from all over the world.
