Union Bank of India Fixed Deposit Rates: Union Bank of India has shocked its crores of customers. After RBI reduced the repo rate, the bank has reduced its FD rates. UBI Bank has reduced the interest on FD by 0.25 percent. These new rates of the bank have come into effect from 25 April 2025

Union Bank of India Fixed Deposit Rates : Union Bank of India has shocked its crores of customers. After RBI reduced the repo rate, the bank has reduced its FD rates. UBI Bank has reduced the interest on FD by 0.25 percent. These new rates of the bank have come into effect from April 25, 2025.

Senior citizens are getting more interest

Senior citizens are getting an extra interest of 0.50% over and above the normal rates. The bank is paying 0.75% more interest for super senior citizens. Union Bank of India is offering an interest rate of 3.5% to the general public on FDs maturing in seven to 45 days. FDs maturing in 46 days to 90 days are now getting an interest rate of 4.50%.
