UP Board 10th 12th Exam 2021: In view of the corona transition, the Uttar Pradesh government has postponed the high school and inter board examinations till May 20.
University examinations have also been postponed to 15 May. Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, the chief guest of the Rohilkhand University convocation, gave this information. He said that in view of the increasing transition of Corona, a decision was taken in the meeting chaired by the Chief Minister.
Apart from this, the Yogi government has decided to close schools and all colleges from first class to 12th till May 15. CM Yogi said in the meeting that no examination should be held during this period. The 10th and 12th examinations of the Secondary Education Council should be held after May 20. The new schedule should be considered in the first week of May.
Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma said on Wednesday that the UP board dates will be decided soon. He said that Corona Peak is being assessed from time to time. Of our 19 officers who are related to board examinations, 17 of these officers are infected. This situation is worrisome.
The high school and intermediate examinations were to begin simultaneously on 8 May. The 10th examination was to be completed in 12 working days and finished on 25th May, while the 12th examination was to be completed in 15 working days and finished on 28th May. But now the board will issue a new time table after reviewing the situation.

Let us tell you that the UP Board examinations have been postponed for the second time. Earlier, UP board examinations were postponed due to earlier panchayat elections in the state. The UP board examinations were earlier scheduled to be held from April 24. After this the exam time table was put forward due to panchayat elections and examinations were scheduled from 8 May. Now it has to be postponed again due to Corona virus infection.
Before UP Board, CBSE , Chhattisgarh Board, Punjab Board, Rajasthan Board, Maharashtra Board, MP Board have also postponed their examinations due to Corona. CBSE has decided to cancel the Class 10 examination and get the result on the basis of internal assessment.
Uttar Pradesh reported 20,510 new cases of corona on Wednesday with 5,433 infection cases in Lucknow alone. There are still 1,11,835 active cases in the state. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also become Corona positive. Earlier, some officials of the Chief Minister’s office were also found to be Corona positive.
