Monsoon rains will start in the districts of Purvanchal from June 11. By June 12, the districts from Purvanchal to Central UP will be drenched in monsoon rains. JP Gupta, director of the Meteorological Department based in Lucknow, said that by the way, monsoon knocks around June 20 every year. But, this time in the changed circumstances, its arrival is happening earlier.
It may rain in these areas from June 11
Let us tell you that a low pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal. From June 11, its effect will be visible in Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and eastern UP. In eastern UP, its effect will be seen in Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Varanasi or rather in the districts bordering Bihar. By the next day i.e. till June 12, its effect will be visible in Lucknow and its surrounding districts also. The city will be drenched with the showers of monsoon rains.
