UP Police Recruitment: summoned in court with PAC commandant affidavit

UP Police SI Recruitment 2024: Now UP Police has announced recruitment for more than 900 posts of Sub-Inspector.

UP Police Recruitment:  Sena Nayak of the 25th Battalion PAC issued his order, disregarding the order of the Allahabad High Court to appoint the candidate who was successful in the PAC Recruitment 2018. Also refused to give appointment to the candidate on medical grounds. Taking a strict stand on the contempt petition filed against it, the court has summoned Sena Nayak. This order has been given by Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra on Ankit Kumar’s petition.

The petitioner said that he had joined the recruitment of police and PAC constables in 2018. He was successful in written examination and physical standard examination. His length in the medical test was found to be less than the length measured in the physical standard examination. On this basis, he was refused appointment. Yachty challenged it in the High Court.

In a similar case in the Bhanu Pratap Rajput case, the High Court has held that if a candidate is successful in the physical standard examination, he cannot be denied a medical appointment by declaring it unsuccessful on the basis of length or chest width.

Taking the basis of this order, the court considered the appointment of the petitioner in the case of the petitioner and asked for a decision in two months. After this, Commandant 25th Battalion PAC Rae Bareli dismissed the petitioner’s hearing after hearing that the petition could not be granted, saying that the petitioner had failed the medical examination. The court, considering it contempt, has directed the Commandant to appear on January 28 along with all documents and personal affidavits.
