Actually, UIDAI, the organization that issued the 12-digit identification number Aadhaar, has given the facility that any Aadhaar card holder can update his date of birth in the Aadhaar card through UIDAI’s Self Service Update Portal. UIDAI has said that only declared or unverified date of birth can be updated online. You have to upload the scanned copy of the required document to update the date of birth.

Fee: The photo attached with this tweet states that you will have to pay Rs 50 per update for any update on the online portal. However, even if you do more than one update at a time, you will have to pay only Rs 50.
Mobile number is required: UIDAI has said that your current mobile number in Aadhaar should be updated to avail these services linked to Aadhaar.

DoB Update Process
To update the date of birth in Aadhaar Card, first open https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/ in your browser. Now enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number. After that enter the captcha code and then click on send OTP.
Log in to this portal by entering the OTP that has been received on your registered mobile number.
Now click on Update Demographic Details. Here select the date of birth. Enter your correct date of birth and then upload supporting documents. Now pay the fee of Rs 50 and submit the request. You will get a reference number, note it down. You can also track the status of your request through this website.
