Not only this, many customers of HDFC Bank have also said that other online services related to the bank are down. It is not that this incident has happened for the first time. Even before this, users had to face difficulties while making payments to UPI users.
Keep these things in mind while making payment through UPI
1 – If your UPI ID has more than one account linked, then you will not face any problem in making payment. If the server of one bank is down then you can make payment from another bank account. This eliminates the problem of payment failure.
2 – Whenever you send money to someone, check the details of the person to whom you are transferring the money carefully. If the details are incorrect then the payment will fail. In such a situation, always make payment only after checking the details.
3 – Sometimes due to lack of internet, there are problems in making payment through UPI. In such a situation, it is very important to fix the internet connection. Do not make payment until you have a stable internet connection.
