The same State Bank of India (SBI Bank), the largest private sector bank HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) and ICICI Bank (ICICI Bank) including other banks have fixed the UPI payment limit. Means you cannot do UPI transaction of more than this amount in a day.

- The limit for UPI transaction in State Bank of India (SBI Bank) is Rs 1 lakh.
- The UPI transaction limit in HDFC Bank has been fixed at Rs 1 lakh. Whereas for new customers this limit of the first day is Rs 5000.
- ICICI Bank customers can do UPI transactions up to Rs 10,000, but for Google Pay users, this limit has been fixed at Rs 25,000.
- Axis Bank has fixed the UPI transaction limit at Rs 1 lakh.
- Bank of Baroda has fixed the UPI transaction limit at Rs 25,000.
