The final result of UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2020 has been declared. Shubham Kumar of Bihar has secured first position in the exam. Jagriti Awasthi is the topper among women candidates.
UPSC has declared the final result of Civil Services Examination, 2020. A total of 761 candidates have been selected for the appointment. Shubham Kumar has secured first position in the exam. He has done his graduation in B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from IIT Bombay. Jagriti Awasthi is the topper among women candidates securing overall second rank. He has done B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from MANIT Bhopal.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) said that 13 men and 12 women are included in the top 25 candidates. The candidates who have been recommended include 25 people with benchmark disabilities. These include 7 orthopedically handicapped, 4 blind, 10 deaf and 4 with multiple disabilities.

Shubham Kumar hails from Katihar district of Bihar. Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Giriraj Singh has congratulated all the successful candidates including Shubham. Shubham shared happy moments with his friends in Pune. He said that he was preparing for UPSC since 2018.
