UPSC Notification 2024: Union Public Service Commission i.e. UPSC released the notification of Civil Services Examination 2024 on Wednesday. With this the online application process has started. This time there are a total of 1,206 vacancies including 1,056 posts of IAS and 150 posts of IFS. Sarkari Naukri: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday (14 February) released the notification (UPSC Notification 2024) for the Civil Services Examination (Prelims). Direct recruitment to Group A and B posts in 21 All India Services including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and Indian Information Service (ISS). Registration started
The registration process has started. Eligible and interested candidates can fill the online form on the official website upsconline.nic.in. The notification has been released on upsc.gov.in.
Candidates who want to apply for Civil Services Examination 2024 can apply by visiting the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. UPSC (Civil Services Exam 2024) has also released the date of pre exam. Pre-examination will be held in May. With the arrival of the exam date, candidates can prepare for their exam accordingly.
Golden opportunity to get a government job
This time there will be recruitment for 1,056 posts of IAS (Civil Service) and 150 posts of IFS. That means there are vacancies for a total of 1,206 posts. Youth who want to join various civil services including IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS can apply till March 5, 2024. The correction window will open on March 6 and close on March 12, 2024. The vacant posts will be filled through examination only.
Educational qualification
The candidate must have a Graduate Degree from Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or from any educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission.
Age Range
Candidate’s age should be 21 years as on August 1, 2024.
Application fee
Women/SC/ST/Candidates with benchmark disability are exempted from payment of fee. Whereas other candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100.
