Vande Bharat Express: According to the Times report, this Vande Bharat Express can start within the next 15 days. It was told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off this train.

Vande Bharat Express: There is good news for railway passengers. The Vande Bharat Express train connecting Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Srinagar can start in the next 2 weeks. It will be the first semi-high-speed train service of Kashmir Valley and the third semi-high-speed train service of the Union Territory. People are eagerly waiting for it to run fast. It is known that this train has already arrived in this area and its trial run has also been completed. This train will be operated and maintained by the Northern Railway Zone.

A big information has come to light about the Vande Bharat train running between Katra and Srinagar, quoting a senior railway official. According to the Economic Times report, the Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express can start within the next 15 days. It was told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off this train. If we talk about the fare between Katra and Srinagar, then it is yet to be decided. However, it was estimated that the AC chair car ticket would cost between Rs 1500-1600. The fare for the executive chair car could be between Rs 2200-2500.

Work completed on 272 km stretch

After years of hard work and engineering marvels, the dream of rail connectivity to Kashmir is finally coming true. The train arrived at Srinagar station from Katra in Jammu on its first trial run. A large number of people and railway officials were waiting for the train since morning, many of them carrying garlands to welcome the officials boarding the train. Railways has completed work on 272 km stretch of Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link project. According to officials, the Railway Board unveiled the Vande Bharat Express train on June 8 last year. The train includes climate features. It has been added a heat system which prevents water in the water and bio-toilets tanks from freezing.
