Vande Bharat Express: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off three Vande Bharat Express trains today through video conferencing. Let us tell you on which route the train will run and what will be the timing?
Vande Bharat Express: PM Modi will inaugurate 3 new Vande Bharat trains today (31 August). The Prime Minister will flag off the trains through video conferencing. These three Vande Bharat trains will run on the routes of Chennai Egmore-Nagarcoil, Madurai-Bengaluru Cantonment and Meerut-Lucknow.

After leaving Meerut, the Vande Bharat train will reach Lucknow Junction via Moradabad Bareilly. The stoppages of this train will be Moradabad Junction, Bareilly and Lucknow. The Vande Bharat train running from Meerut to Lucknow will leave from Meerut at 06:35 am. After this, this train will stop at Moradabad at 08:40. The third stoppage of this train will be in Bareilly at 09:58 am, the last stoppage of the train will be in Lucknow at 02:45 pm.

This will be the route of Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil
On this occasion, two trains will also be inaugurated for Southern Railway. Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore train (20627/20628) will have 16 coaches. The train will stop at Chennai Egmore, Tambaram, Villupuram, Tiruchirapalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Kovilpatti, Tirunelveli and Nagarcoil Junction. According to Southern Railway, the train will run six days a week except Wednesday.
The train will leave Chennai Egmore station at 5 am and reach Nagarcoil at 1.50 pm. Then on the return journey, this train will start from Nagarcoil at 2.20 pm and reach the last station in Chennai Egmore by 11 pm. The fare of chair car from Chennai Egmore to Nagarcoil will be Rs 1760 and the fare of executive chair car will be Rs 3240, which includes food expenses.

This will be the route of Madurai-Bengaluru Cantt
Madurai-Bengaluru Cantt-Madurai Vande Bharat Express (20671/20672) will have eight coaches and will run six days a week except Tuesday. The train will stop at Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchirappalli, Karur, Namakkal, Salem, Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru Cantt stations. The train will leave Madurai Junction at 5.15 am and reach Bengaluru Cantt at 1 pm.
Then on the return journey, the train will leave Bengaluru Cantt at 1.30 pm and reach Madurai at 9.45 pm. The fare of chair car from Madurai to Bengaluru Cantt will be Rs 1575 and the fare of executive chair car will be Rs 2865, which includes catering charges.
