Following the success of Vande Bharat which has become a hit across the country, Railways is in the process of developing sleeper coaches in Vande Bharat trains. Railways is going to bring these coaches among the people soon. Recently some important information has come to light about the facilities of Vande Bharat Sleeper Coach. Let us have a look at all the facilities available in Vande Bharat Sleeper.
How will be the design of Vande Bharat sleeper?
Till now only single-seater coaches have been built for public use in Vande Bharat trains. In such a situation, Indian Railways is currently working on the development of Vande Bharat train coach with sleeper facility. These coaches are definitely expected to bring a big change in the Indian Railways industry. Times of India has released some information regarding the design of the new Vande Bharat sleeper compartment train. According to this, the news is that the design of the front part of this train will be like an eagle.
Vande Bharat Sleeper will have 16 coaches
The train will have a total of 16 coaches and will include three types of coaches including – 3 Tier AC, 2 Tier AC and First Class AC. The total 16 coaches are expected to include 113 tier AC coaches, four 2 tier AC coaches and one first class AC coach. A total of 823 passengers can travel in this train. Out of which 611 passengers can travel in 3-tier AC coach, 188 passengers can travel in 2-tier AC coach and 24 passengers can travel in first class coach. As far as 3 tier AC coaches are concerned, arrangements are being made to provide more facilities than the existing train. Mainly padded bedding will be offered in these trains. It has been made better than the seating comfort in Rajasthani Express train.
How will be the interior of Vande Bharat Sleeper?
The interior of this train has been made attractive to look at with cream, yellow and wooden colors. Stairs will be provided for middle and upper berths, so that passengers can climb easily. All light sensor lights are on in the common areas of this train. When passengers reach that area, the lights will automatically switch on and when there are no passengers, the lights will switch off to save power. Lighting has been arranged at necessary places to provide better illumination at night. LED light strips will be provided at the bottom to illuminate the way for passengers especially at night when they are walking. This will only work when passengers are walking in the area and this light will not disturb other sleeping passengers in any way.
Vande Bharat sleeper will have the facility of bio toilet
Inside the train, the doors leading from one compartment to another and the doors to the toilet area are all designed as automatic doors. These have also been made on the basis of sensors. Due to this, no noise will be heard in the train. This train has special toilet facilities for disabled persons. Not only this, like the existing Vande Bharat train, automatic doors have been installed for the passengers boarding the train. As far as the toilet in this train is concerned, it has been provided with a bio toilet system like the toilet in an airplane. It has been designed in such a way that it does not emit foul smell.
What will be the speed of Vande Bharat Sleeper?
All the wash basins inside the toilet of this train are designed in such a way that water does not spill out. Mainly in first class AC coaches, the toilets will also have shower and hot water facilities for bathing. This train has been made capable of traveling at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour. However, due to safety reasons, the train will run at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour only. This will significantly reduce the travel time for passengers.
