Vande Bharat Train: Along with the darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi, those going to Haridwar will now get special facilities of rail travel. Five special trains including Vande Bharat will run and all the trains will pass through Cantt station, Chhapra-Lucknow Vande Bharat Special will also be operated.
Vande Bharat Train: In view of the summer holidays, five pairs of special trains including Vande Bharat Special for Jammu, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Rajgir and other cities will pass through Varanasi Cantt. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Kuldeep Tiwari said that 04604 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Varanasi reserved special will run from April 20 to July 8.
This train will leave from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 6.15 pm and will reach Varanasi Cantt at 7 pm the next day. 04603 will leave from Varanasi every Tuesday at 5 am. It will reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 6 am the next day.
Varanasi- Chandigarh reserved superfast special will run from April 19 to July 6. It will depart from Varanasi Cantt every Saturday at 2.50 pm and reach Chandigarh at 7.45 am. It will depart from Chandigarh every Sunday at 9.30 am. It will reach Cantt at 1.20 pm.
Anand Vihar Terminal- Barauni Reserved Special will run from April 20 to July 7. It will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal at 7.30 pm and reach Barauni at 6 pm the next day. It will halt at Varanasi Cantt in both directions.
Haridwar- Rajgir Summer Reserved Special train will run from April 11 to June 28. This train will depart from Rajgir at 6.05 am. It will arrive at Cantt station at 2.05 pm and reach Haridwar at 6.05 am. It will depart from Haridwar every Saturday at 7.20 am.
It will arrive at Cantt Varanasi at 10.30 pm and reach Rajgir at 7:15 am the next day. Similarly, Lucknow-Chhapra Vande Bharat Reserved Special will operate from April 27 to July 11. It will run six days a week except Tuesday. This train will depart from Lucknow at 2.15 pm and will reach Varanasi Cantt at 6.20 pm.
It will reach Chhapra station at 9.30 pm via Ghazipur City, Ballia, Suremanpur. At the same time, it will depart from Chhapra at 11 pm and will reach Varanasi Cantt at 2.30 am. It will reach Lucknow at 6.30 am. Rajgir-Mata Vaishno Devi Katra reserved special train will run from April 14 to July 2.
Rajgir-Mata Vaishno Devi Katra special will depart from Rajgir at 2 pm. It will reach Cantt at 8.55 pm and will reach Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 11.05 pm the next day. Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Rajgir special will depart from Katra at 3.15 am. It will reach Varanasi Cantt at 7.05 am and will reach Rajgir station at 3 pm.
