New Vande Bharat Train: Railways has started a new Vande Bharat Express train between Bihar and UP. This train will cover a distance of 489 km in just 6 and a half hours.

New Vande Bharat Express Train: There is good news for people traveling between Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Railways has started a new Vande Bharat Express train between the two states. This train will run from Chhapra in Bihar to Lucknow, the capital of UP. It has started from Thursday. At present, it has been run in view of the rush of passengers during summer holidays. It will be operated till April 26. However, railway passengers are demanding to run it regularly. Let us know what is the route and schedule of Chhapra-Lucknow Vande Bharat Special Train.

Vande Bharat Special Train (02270) will leave from Lucknow on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 2.15 pm. It will reach Chhapra at 9.30 pm. On the return journey, Vande Bharat Special train (02269) will depart from Chhapra at 11 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The train will reach Lucknow at 6.30 am the next day.

Journey from Chhapra to Lucknow in just 6 and a half hours

The Vande Bharat Express Special train will cover the 489 km journey between Chhapra and Lucknow in just 6 and a half hours. It is the fastest semi high speed train in the country. In other express trains, the journey between Chhapra and Lucknow is completed in 8 to 8 and a half hours. Dibrugarh Rajdhani also takes 7 and a half hours.

Vande Bharat will stop at these stations, know the fare

The Chhapra-Lucknow Vande Bharat Special train has a total of 8 coaches. It includes both AC chair car and executive class coaches. The Vande Bharat Special train reaches Lucknow from Chhapra via stopping at Suraimanpur, Ballia, Ghazipur City, Varanasi Junction and Sultanpur. This train has a 5-minute halt in Varanasi, while the stoppage at other stations is of two minutes. The fare for AC chair car from Chhapra to Lucknow in Vande Bharat Special train is Rs 1285 and in executive class it is Rs 2545.
