According to media reports, Vande Bharat train will soon run on the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link. Only last week, Western Railways has completed a trial run of 15 kilometers on this route.
After the introduction of this train, the journey from Jammu to Srinagar will be completed in just 3.5 hours.
New Vande Bharat may start soon in Secunderabad-Pune Vande Bharat train route. At present, Shatabdi Express train takes 8.25 hours to complete the journey on this route. But, after the launch of Vande Bharat, this time limit will reduce.
Bengaluru-Coimbatore route may also soon get the gift of a new Vande Bharat train. According to the report published in Live Mint, Railways can take this decision in view of the increasing demand in this route.
At present, the time taken by different superfast trains on this route to complete the journey ranges from 6.45 minutes to 9 hours, which will reduce after the launch of Vande Bharat.
