Mangaluru-Madgaon Vande Bharat Express: There is good news for the passengers going to Goa. Now the new Vande Bharat Express Train is going to run from Karnataka to Mangaluru to Madgaon railway station in South Goa. Railways said that the trial operation of Mangaluru-Madgaon semi-high-speed Vande Bharat Express started from Mangaluru Central Railway Station on Tuesday.
What is the schedule of Mangaluru-Madgaon train?
This new Vande Bharat Express train (Mangaluru-Madgaon Vande Bharat Express) will leave from Mangaluru Central at 8.30 am and reach Madgaon at 1.15 pm. On its return journey, it will depart from Margao at 1:45 pm and reach Mangaluru at 6:30 pm. The train will stop at Udupi and Karwar stations. Regular operation of this Vande Bharat Express will start from December 30.
When will Vande Bharat Mangaluru-Madgaon train start?
Railway sources said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can inaugurate this new train along with six Vande Bharat trains in other states on December 30. He said that an official announcement in this regard is awaited. When the trial run of Mangaluru-Madgaon semi-high-speed Vande Bharat Express was flagged off at Mangaluru Central Railway Station, Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, local mayor and railway officials were present.
