Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off Namo Bharat Rapid Rail today
Prime Minister Modi will flag off some more Vande Bharat trains apart from the country’s first Vande Metro Train (Namo Bharat Rapid Rail) between Bhuj and Ahmedabad today on Monday 16 September. For this, PM Modi has reached Ahmedabad on Sunday evening.
From where to where will the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail train run?
The Vande Metro train running between Bhuj-Ahmedabad, which has now become Namo Bharat Rapid Rail, will have train numbers 94802 and 94801. This train can cover the distance between Bhuj-Ahmedabad in 5 hours and 45 minutes.
What will be the fare of Vande Metro Train (Namo Bharat Rapid Rail)?
- For the passengers of Vande Metro Train, its normal journey is going to start from Ahmedabad from 17 September.
- The fare per passenger for the journey of Namo Bharat Rapid Rail has been fixed at Rs 455.
- The Vande Metro train will have 12 coaches in which 1150 passengers can travel sitting.

This train will stop at 10 stations between Bhuj and Ahmedabad in Gujarat. - This Namo Bharat Rapid Rail will run from Bhuj six days a week i.e. from Monday to Saturday.
- It will not run from Ahmedabad on Saturday because the train that runs from Bhuj on Friday will return on Saturday.

Know the 10 stoppages of the train
It will start from Bhuj and reach Anjar first, then Gandhidham, after which it will reach Bhachau and Samakhiali. After this, after Halvad and Dhrangadhra, the train will reach Viramgam, Chandlodia and Sabarmati station and its destination will be Ahmedabad. (Total 10 stations)
Know the timing of the train (both sides)
It will leave Bhuj at 05:05 am and reach Ahmedabad at 10:50 am. Office goers are also expected to get a lot of convenience through this as they will cover the distance of 359 km in 5 hours 49 minutes. The speed of the train has been kept at 110 km per hour. At the same time, passengers can travel in it from Ahmedabad to return to Bhuj at 05:30.
