Non-AC version of Vande Bharat
Vande Bharat Express train currently exists only in AC chair car. That’s why their rent is also very high. This is the reason why the government has brought Vande Sadharan train to increase its reach to the common man. Vande ordinary trains are also being prepared on the lines of the country’s first semi-high speed train Vande Bharat. These will have non-AC coaches, due to which their fares will also be less. These trains will have engines installed on both the front and rear, so that this train can pick up speed from anywhere.
The first Vande Bharat came in 2019
Prime Minister Narendra Modi gifted the first Vande Bharat train to the country in 2019. The first Vande Bharat Express train was run between Varanasi and Delhi. After this the trains were expanded. Since then, a total of 34 pairs of Vande Bharat trains have been run in the country.
