Vehicle Rules 2023: There is big news for the drivers. New rules have been made regarding scooters and bikes. According to these new rules, GPS will be installed on every bike and scooter through which vehicles will be monitored from space.

One such change has been made by the Delhi government, due to which every single bike and scooter, which is used as a commercial passenger vehicle, will be closely monitored. It means to say that it will be mandatory to install GPS system in commercial scooters and bikes. Meaning the new rule is about the bikes and scooters used in Ola, Uber, Rapido.
Delhi government introduced new rule
According to the new rules, the bikes and scooters involved in the service of Ola, Uber and Rapido on the roads of Delhi will have to take a new permit. For this permit, some changes have to be made in the scooter and bike. First of all you have to install GPS system in scooter and bike. Its number will be registered with the Delhi government. In such a situation, whenever the Delhi government wants, it will be able to find out where your bike and scooter are and in what condition.
Means if an accident happens, Delhi Police and ambulance team will immediately reach for your help. However, it is believed that cab users may have to pay extra charges for new permits for scooters and bikes.
