To get a duplicate voter ID, one has to go to the website of the Chief Electoral Officer of the state and download form EPIC-002. Now the form has to be filled correctly and all the documents have to be attached along with it. In the form, you will also have to give the reason for making a duplicate voter card and if the voter card has been stolen, you will also have to attach a copy of the FIR. After doing everything, submit the form to your local election officer. You will be given a reference number. Through this number you can check your application by visiting the website of the State Election Office. After submitting the form it will be verified. You will be informed after verification and after that you can go to the local election officer and get it.
