The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Delhi-NCR. Due to rain, there will be relief from the heat.

At the same time, there will be monsoon rain in UP-Bihar as well. There is a possibility of rain in West Bengal and Jharkhand today. Here, rain has made life difficult for people in Mayanagari Mumbai. It has been raining continuously in Mumbai for two days.

Mumbai submerged

Monsoon weakened in Bihar

The southwest monsoon has weakened in Bihar after a week. With the weakening of the monsoon, the temperature of the state is expected to increase for the next two to three days. At the same time, light rainfall may occur in some districts of North Bihar during this period.

At the same time, on Monday, the highest temperature in the state was recorded at 38.2 degrees Celsius in Aurangabad. The minimum temperature in the state was 24.5 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in the capital was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius.

Alert issued in many districts of Uttar Pradesh

Most areas of Uttar Pradesh have been receiving heavy rains for the last one week. Due to this, the maximum temperature is 33-35 degrees and the minimum temperature is 22 degrees to 25 degrees Celsius. However, the pace of monsoon has slowed down in Lucknow and surrounding districts since Sunday.

Movement of clouds will continue amidst sunshine for the next two days. There is no possibility of rain except drizzle, but the weather will change again from Thursday and Lucknow will receive good rain till July 14.

Senior meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that on Tuesday, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich and surrounding areas. Thunderstorms and lightning may also occur in these districts.

Red alert issued in Karnataka

Heavy rains are being witnessed in Karnataka. The administration is also on alert mode regarding this. In view of the ‘red alert’ issued in view of the warning of heavy rain in the next 24 hours in Dakshina Kannada district, the district administration has announced to keep all schools and colleges up to class 12 closed on Tuesday. The district administration has issued a ‘red alert’ for Tuesday.

Schools closed after heavy rains in Assam

While there will be heavy rain in some areas of the country, light to moderate rain may occur somewhere. At the same time, heavy rains may also occur in Haryana, Punjab, Delhi-NCR, Ladakh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. There are signs of danger due to rain in Uttarakhand.
