Yes, MyGov has launched a new service on its WhatsApp chatbot. This initiative allows users to access many important documents on WhatsApp. The new facility makes it easier for the government to offer its services and for users to access their details easily.
Users can access the MyGov helpdesk on WhatsApp to access the new DigiLocker service. This includes creating and authenticating their DigiLocker account, and downloading other documents like PAN card, driving license, and vehicle registration certificate, all on WhatsApp. Isn’t it amazing facility. Today in this article we will tell you the most simple steps to download PAN card and driving license on WhatsApp. Let’s start.
Note- First you need to sign up for Digilocker account. If you already have it, getting your document becomes easy.
Steps to Download Driving License and PAN Card on WhatsApp:
Step 1: First of all save the number +91 9013151515 in your phone. To access the new MyGov chatbot, you need to send ‘Hi’ ‘Namaste’ or ‘Digilocker’ to this number.
Step 2: After that you will see two options Cowin Services and Digilocker Services. Since we have to download the document, here tap on Digilocker Services.
Step 3: After this you will be asked Do you have a Digilocker Account? If you already have a DigiLocker account, tap Yes.
Step 4: After this you will be asked for a 12 digit Aadhaar number. As soon as you enter the Aadhaar number, OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter that too.
Step 5: Now two options will appear in front of you, in which 1. Driving license and 2. PAN verification record. If you want to download driving license, then type 1.
Step 6: If you want to download PAN verification record along with it, click on other documents and type 2.
