WhatsApp’s automated system also notices suspicious behavior of users and bulk and spam messaging and accounts are also banned on this basis. Overall, Meta takes such actions every month to prevent misuse of the platform.
Thousands of complaints were also resolved
Apart from automated bans, WhatsApp received 9,474 complaints from users in January. Out of these, action was taken on 239 complaints and they were banned. If users want, they can report and complain about harassing and suspicious accounts at any time.
Account can be banned due to these reasons
If you do bulk messaging, spam messaging, then your account can also be banned. Apart from this, accounts are also banned in case of violation of WhatsApp rules. Users are also asked to report spam messages or spam calls.
