In view of the increasing cold and fog across the country, winter holidays have been announced by the Haryana state government. According to the details released, there will be winter vacation in all government and private schools in the state from January 1 to January 15, 2024. Thus, winter holidays have been declared in the state for a total of 15 days.

Information related to winter vacation has been given from the official handle of Haryana Chief Minister’s Office. According to the information released, winter vacation will start in all government and private schools of Haryana state from January 1, 2024, which will continue till January 15, 2024. Thus, winter holidays have been declared in the state for a total of 15 days.

The Chief Minister’s Office of the state has given guidelines to all government and private schools for winter holidays and schools have been ordered to follow them properly.
The mercury may fall in the next week
This decision has been taken by the Haryana Government in view of the increasing cold in the coming week. It is estimated that the temperature in the state is expected to remain up to 7 degrees in the next week. In view of the severe cold, the state government has announced winter holidays to provide relief to the students and keep them healthy.
Apart from Haryana, dates have already been announced in these states
In view of the increasing cold across the country, winter holidays have already been announced by other states besides Haryana. Winter vacation in UP will start from 31 December 2023 to 14 January 2024, whereas in Rajasthan, winter vacation will run from 24 December 2023 to 5 January 2024. Apart from this, winter holidays have been announced in all schools in Delhi from 1 to 6 January 2024.
