According to the ‘People at Work 2022: A Global Workforce View’ report by DP Research Institute, youth are less likely to come to work every day than older employees.

56% employees willing to work from home

The report said that 7 out of 10 (71 per cent) aged 18 to 24 years and two thirds (66 per cent) of 25 to 34 years of age may consider a second job if they work from the employee office. At the same time, 56 percent of the employees in the age group of 45 to 54 want to work from home.

Overall, 64 percent of employees around the world would like to find another job in the face of the compulsion to come to the office every day. According to the report, 76.38 percent of the employees surveyed in India say that they would consider leaving the job if they work daily from the office.
