Salary is also a reason for resignation
An employee told that the reason behind the resignation is salary. At the time of recruitment, the employees were told that WhiteHat Jr has offices in Gurugram, Mumbai and Bangalore. They have to work in these places. After working from home for about two years, their salary should increase so that they can afford to live in these expensive cities.
WhiteHat Jr told Inc42 that employees of the sales and support departments were asked to report to their Gurugram and Mumbai offices by April 18. Teachers will continue to do work from home as before. Employees with medical and other important reasons have been given exemption from work from home.
