Companies changing remote work policy

Remote work policy was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now many companies are bringing changes in this and employees are being called back to office. Last week, India’s second largest company Infosys also implemented the policy of working from office for 10 days in a month. On the other hand, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has started getting work done from office five days a week.

Wipro has been trying since May

Since May, Wipro has been trying to ensure that its employees work from the office three days a week. According to the company, 55 percent of its employees are working from the office in this manner. There are more than 2.44 lakh employees in the company.

If you do not come to office, action will be taken

With this mail, the company has warned that action will start from January 7 against the employees who do not follow this rule. However, the company has not yet clarified what action it will take against the employees. But it is believed that the non-return of the employees will affect the morale of many teams. Employees coming to office may also be dissatisfied. Therefore the company will have to strictly implement its decision.

Will have to talk to employees in European countries

Due to different rules in many European countries, the company will have to talk to the employees before implementing such a decision. In this regard, the company said that we will move ahead following all the laws. We want to increase the feeling of teamwork among the employees and they can work together.
