Under this new policy, deduction in the house rent allowance ie HRA of the employees is also being considered. Under the work from home draft issued by the Ministry of Labor, the IT sector can also get special exemptions in the new rules. In this, IT employees are also likely to get convenience in working hours.
According to the Ministry of Labor, keeping in mind the safety of the employees of the IT sector, as well as all the needs of the service sector, this special model has been prepared for the first time.
Apart from this, the Ministry of Labor has also sought suggestions from the general public on this new draft. However, it is expected that the Labor Ministry may implement this law in April.
