The Ministry of Labor has also issued a draft for this. In this draft, employees of mining, manufacturing and service sectors will be included. With this move, a big change will be seen in the work culture of the offices.

HRA can be deducted

Under this, the reduction in the House Rent Allowance (HRA) of the employees is being considered. At the same time, an increase in the infrastructure reimbursement cost is also being considered. According to the Ministry of Labor, the safety of the employees working in the IT sector has also been kept in mind. According to the Ministry of Labor, this special model has been prepared for the first time according to the need of the service sector.

Government sought suggestions

The Labor Ministry has also sought suggestions from the general public on the new drafts. If you also want to send your suggestion, then you can send it to the Ministry of Labor within 30 days. It is expected that the Labor Ministry can implement this law in April. However, this step of the government can help the employees.
