WFH will continue

If we talk about recruitment, then online process has become a common practice for interviewing employees. Pashupathy says that now both the employer and the candidate are giving priority to online interview for selection. Online employee selection process is simple, convenient and less expensive. Pashupathy says that even if work from home continues in the future or not, hiring will now be mostly online. That is why now institutes have also started focusing on online specialized solutions to hire the best talent.
Resignations increased after ending WFH
According to a survey conducted in October 2022 by HR solutions firm Aon, companies that have eliminated work from home have seen a rise in resignations this year. Attrition for companies that ended work from home in August was 29 per cent. In contrast, companies that allowed work from home or followed a hybrid work model recorded only 19 per cent attrition. It is clear from the survey of AON that the first priority of the employees is to work from home.
