Work From Office Policy: This company has recently made a plan to take action against those employees who are not coming to office three days a week.
Amazon Office Rules: The world’s leading e-commerce company Amazon is adopting a strict stance regarding its Work From Office Policy. The company has said in its recent order that managers should fire those employees who are not following the order to return to office. Amazon has started implementing the return-to-office policy. In such a situation, the company can take action against the employee who does not follow this policy.
What is Amazon’s return to office policy?
According to Amazon’s Return to Office Policy (Amazon Return Office Rules), it has now become mandatory for all employees to come to office at least three days a week. If an employee does not follow this rule, then the company manager can take action against him. The company has also given information for this to the employees on the internal portal.
Amazon introduced three step plan
Amazon has asked its employees to come to office three days a week, but has ordered those who do not follow this rule to follow a three-step plan. In the first phase, the manager himself will talk to the employees who are not coming to office for three days. This conversation will be conducted through mail. After this, if the employee does not join the office in the next 1 to 2 weeks, there will be a discussion with the manager. Even after this, if the employee does not follow the rules, then in the third step HR will ask the employee the reason for his absence. After this a warning letter will be written to him. After this the company can also fire the employee.
Office policy has been implemented
It is noteworthy that after the Corona epidemic, in February 2023 itself, Amazon had informed that now corporate office employees will have to start working from the office soon. After this, in May 2023, the company had implemented the rule of working from office three days a week. After this, from July itself, the company had given the employees the option to join the office or leave the job.
