1. Grow fruits / vegetables yourself: Most of the fruits and vegetables in the market come from other cities or countries. For such a long time, they contain nutritional elements and also contribute to harmful carbon and focal fuel emissions. So grow vegetables and fruits yourself. If it is not possible for you, buy from a local farmer. Also, when you go to buy vegetables, carry your cloth bag, do not promote plastic bags.



2. Garbage: When we eat a lot of healthy vegetables and fruits, we should also find the right way to dispose of the remaining peels and seeds in it. Along with preventing food waste, we must also deal with it properly. Reuse, underuse and recycle is something we must remember. We should try to minimize the waste in the garbage, use the peel of the vegetables as manure and reuse the waste as much as possible.  

3. Reduce the use of plastic : Plastic never ends like everything else and is always on earth. So we all should reduce the use of plastic. For example, use a wooden toothbrush instead of a plastic toothbrush. This benefits the environment in the long run. Here, even the skipping rope is made of plastic, so take a rope made of rope. 



4. Walk a lot and run: Walk as much as you can. Walk to the market to buy goods instead of going by car or bike. This will not only save your petrol money, but it is also a healthy way. It is also beneficial for the environment because it will not cause pollution.

5. Do not eat meat once a week: Animals are also part of the environment. Even though eating them does not cause nutritional deficiency in your body, make it one day a week when eating only fruits and vegetables.
